What You Will Learn

Module 1: Introduction & Foundation, Singing Bowl Techniques and Full Bodywork

Learn the foundations of singing bowl therapy, essential playing techniques, full-body singing bowl bodywork, morning meditation and self-reflection.

Module 2: Chakra Therapy, Cleansing, Balancing & Energy Healing

Explore the seven chakras, chakra singing bowl placement, chakra sound therapy, essential oils, crystals, space cleansing and introductory energy healing techniques.

Module 3: Crystal Singing Bowls, Sound Bath Facilitation & Aura Reading

Develop your skills in crystal singing bowl therapy, sound bath preparation and facilitation, aura and chakra machine handling, and reading and understanding aura reports.

Module 4: Professionalism, Ethics & Counselling

Build your confidence in client communication, basic counselling skills, professional ethics, therapist role-play, business preparation, digital marketing and client management.

Module 5: Practical Assessment & Sound Bath Performance

Demonstrate your learning through practical assessments, sound bath facilitation, indoor and outdoor group performances, and reflective discussion.

Six-Month Course Timeline

The programme is designed to spread learning and practical experience over six months, allowing students time to practise and integrate their knowledge between modules.

Month 1 — Foundation & Metal Singing Bowls

• Blissful Bowl Class (Metal Singing Bowls)

• Introduction, Foundation, Singing Bowl Techniques & Full Bodywork

Month 2 — Crystal Singing Bowls & Chakra Therapy

• Crystal Singing Bowl Online Theory

• Crystal Singing Bowl Practical Training (2 days)

• Chakra Therapy, Cleansing, Balancing & Energy Healing Techniques

Month 3 — Sound Bath & Aura Reading

• Sound Bath Facilitation, Aura & Chakra Machine Handling and Reading

Month 4 — Practice & Integration

• Guided practice and revision

• Case studies and client communication

• Additional online and practical lessons

Month 5 — Professional Development

• Day 4: Crystal Bowl Examination, Professionalism & Ethics, Basic Counselling and Therapist Role-Play

• Business preparation, service menu planning and marketing fundamentals

Month 6 — Final Performance & Completion

• Day 5: Student Sound Bath Performance, Indoor and Outdoor Practice, and Group Discussion

Course Format & Training Schedule

Online Classes

Scheduled on alternate Thursday evening, 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm.

Online lessons may cover chakra knowledge, mental health awareness, basic counselling, meditation facilitation, social media, sales and marketing, customer management and other relevant topics.

Crystal Singing Bowl Training

• 1 online theory class

• 2 days of hands-on practical training

• Saturday and Sunday, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Blissful Bowl Class — Metal Singing Bowls

• 1 full-day practical training

• Sunday, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm

In-Person Academy Training

• Introduction & Foundation, Singing Bowl Techniques and Full Bodywork — Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

• Chakra Therapy, Cleansing, Balancing and Energy Healing Techniques — Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

• Sound Bath Facilitation, Aura & Chakra Machine Handling and Reading — Sunday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

• Crystal Bowl Examination, Professionalism & Ethics, Basic Counselling and Therapist Role-Play — Sunday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

• Student Sound Bath Performance, Indoor and Outdoor Practice, and Group Discussion — Sunday, half-day session

Additional online and practical lessons will be scheduled throughout the program as required.
